As of March 13, 2023, the Columbus Real Estate housing market saw 440 homes sold, with an average sales price of $339,118 and an average of 31 days on the market. The average cost per square foot was $196.

Interestingly, 44% of all homes that were on the market for 5 days or less received a higher average selling price of $354,323, which was $10,022 over the asking price for the Columbus Real Estate – Market. This highlights the importance of pricing your home correctly during a shifting market to achieve desired results as a seller.

Targeting homes that have been on the market for 5 days or longer is an excellent strategy for buyers looking for a deal in the Columbus Real Estate market.

Last week, the most active zip code was 43055 in Newark, while the most expensive home sold was a property on Stage Rd in Logan, which sold for $2.7 million.
