In this episode, we delve into the current state of the Columbus Real Estate Market. With 2,492 homes available or expected to be listed soon, and 477 homes sold in the previous week, we’ll explore the average sales price of $360,580.51, which is $6,070.97 above the initial asking price.

Last week witnessed the shortest average days on the market this year, with homes being sold in just 15 days on average. An astounding 61% of homes were sold within 5 days or less, and condos had an even quicker turnaround, spending an average of only 8 days on the market.

We’ll also discuss the highest-priced property sold, located on Brookhouse in Columbus, which fetched an impressive price of $1.746 million. Additionally, we’ll take a closer look at Grove City, the most active zip code in the market, where buyers can find excellent value for their money. Last week, the average sales price for homes in Grove City was $341,184.58, approximately $20,000.00 lower than the overall market average.
