The Columbus Housing Market is on the move, and we have some exciting news to share! As of today,
there are currently 2,047 active listings, including several that are coming soon. This means that there

Last week, the market saw a total of 399 home sales with an average sales price of $336,851.76.
That’s great news for sellers, who are seeing an average over-asking price of $1,364.53 while spending
an average of 27 days on the market.

You’ll be happy to know that there were 207 homes that sold in just five days or less. These homes had
an average sales price of $365,503.38, which is well above the overall average. They also had an average
over-asking price of $25,502.94, which shows that buyers are willing to pay a premium for the right home
priced right.

When it comes to the average size of homes on the market, the average square footage is 1,650, and the
average cost per square foot is $204.16. The average number of bedrooms is three, and the average number of bathrooms is two.

There is a big difference between free-standing homes and condos. 405 homes and 47 condos were sold last week, with homes averaging a price of $347,332.70 and condos averaging $242,238.72. While homes spent an average of 27 days on the market, condos were selling much faster with an average of only 20 days on the market.

And if you’re looking for luxury, the most expensive home sold for $2.5 million on Hatter Rd NW in Lancaster.

LG Energy Solution and Honda Motor Co., Ltd. announced the formal establishment of the joint venture (JV) which will produce lithium-ion batteries for electric vehicles produced by Honda.

One of the main reasons the Columbus Real Estate Market is so active is due to recent announcements by Intel and Honda LG of building new plants in the Columbus area. Between both companies, there is a projected 5,200 new permanent employees and thousands of other jobs to support/build these projects.
